I have refilled the additive tank last year and later on, cleaned the DPF. Today, after I have puted fuel in the tank, the engine malfunction alert happened and errors that I have low additive level. Strange thing, before I have filled the additive tank, I had no errors at all and I drove about 6000 km.

Need to refresh this topic. I have a focus econetic 1.6 tdci 63 plate and have a similiar problem, dpf regent temp will not go above 505deg. System throws up temperature too low during regeneration and I also got now DPF restriction - Soot accumulation Checked:-Glow plug on vaporiser- .7 ohm

DPF constantly regenerating. I've been having a dpf nightmare with my 60 plate mondeo 2.0 tdci for the past few months. After replacing a faulty egr valve and vapouriser and regenerating the dpf i finally have no fault codes or warning lights. My problem now is that within 5 minutes of driving a Regen starts and it doesn't end.
The DPF accumulates a slight back pressure when operated. The feedback sensors on or near the DPF help the vehicle’s computer monitor its functionality.
